I missed our favorite monthly rendezvous last month — I hope you didn’t miss it too much! Two weeks of vacation disrupted my usual rhythm a little, and I didn’t have time to prepare the February article before leaving. But no worries, we’re making up for it in March with our must-have feature: pattern and fabric inspirations to help you imagine your next sewing projects.
This is already the 39th article I’ve shared in this format, so for those who are discovering this series, here’s a quick reminder of the concept :-) I select ready-to-wear looks on Pinterest and explore how they can be recreated using customizable sewing patterns. The goal isn’t to copy them exactly, but to offer a starting point to inspire your sewing creations.
This month, the Square Neckline top is one of the featured patterns (with a special 20% discount!). For this article, I selected 5 sewing ideas based on this pattern. Some of these ideas may require lowering the front neckline slightly — a very simple adjustment to make with my pattern.
