Customizable patterns are an innovative and fun sewing concept. Originally a brand of semi-custom-made wedding and bridesmaid dresses, in 2019, custom dresses became sewing patterns for those who sew their own clothes.
The concept is simple: mix and match top, bottom, and sleeve patterns to create a unique, personalized dress, jumpsuit, or skirt. All tops and bottoms are compatible, allowing you to sew more than 25,000 different compositions. A complete creation requires at least two patterns . Sleeves are optional. Patterns are available from size 34 to 56, with several cup sizes and heights included to make custom-made garments accessible.

All patterns are compatible and can be sewn together. Follow the 9 chapters in the instructions booklets and navigate between the top, bottom and sleeve patterns smoothly. We guide you with step-by-step photos to sew your custom garment model hassle-free.
This depends on the SLEEVES pattern. Choose type 1 assembly and facings for type 1 sleeves. For a sleeveless design or with type 2 sleeves, you will need to choose type 2 assembly and therefore type 2 facings.
This depends on the TOP pattern. Before cutting your fabric, check if the zipper is in the center back or on the side. Then follow the corresponding cutting instructions in the bottom booklet.
You need at least 2 patterns to sew a complete creation and have all the instructions. To sew a skirt, complete the bottom pattern of your choice with the free bonus Just the bottom.
Some top patterns are designed to be lined. Find all the tips for lining your custom creation on the blog.
To get the complete supplies needed for your project, you need to add up the list for the top, bottom, and sleeves. You can see them on the product pages for each pattern. For a skirt, don't forget to add the "Just the bottom" bonus supplies.
The customizable patterns cannot be sewn one by one. You must choose at least two patterns (one top + one bottom) to get the complete assembly instructions. If you want to sew a skirt, download the bonus "Just the bottom" to follow the 9 assembly chapters in order.
Each mix-and-match pattern (top, bottom and sleeves) is independent and can be mixed with the other patterns. You will not have to buy your pattern again to sew it with another one.
For example, if you have sewn a dress {TOP Cross Back Strap + BOTTOM 1/4 circle skirt}, you can buy only the TOP {Diamond back} and sew it with the 1/4 circle skirt that you already have.
